Post Irma, classes have been crazy. After having a week blown right off the schedule, professors have been cramming double coursework into every nook and cranny that they can... I've had between 4-7 assignments due a night, a quiz, essay, or exam in at least one class every day. It has not been fun. I am very stressed. I think I need some Insomnia Cookies. (Surely there is no problem that cookies can't fix, right?) Despite barely having a minute to breathe, I've made time to at least take some care of myself.
Now those of you who have had the delight of being around me at all since I've been here in Florida know that I swear up and down by yoga. Yeah I know, just like every other millennial who is obsessed with tea, avocado toast, and cat cafes, I'm into yoga. But I wanted to share a video that I really think may help some of my fellow stressed college students.

I'm totally in love with this girl and all of her yoga videos, she is so positive and supportive, and it's unbelievably great to have access to a whole bunch of high quality yoga vids that you can do at home for free. (It's not as embarrassing to fall on your butt when you're in your own bedroom.) But I always feel like I can justify taking a break from studying if it's to focus on my physical/mental health, so if you're looking for something to keep you going in stressful times, maybe check her out.
Ok, I've now wasted a whole 20 minutes of perfectly good study time, so I'll return to society once I'm on the other side of this ridiculous amount of work. Until then- wish me luck!
